For the 2 piece Bestop front doors you can use part # B5179817 and rear doors # B5179917, which are the black twill color. For replacement mirrors you can use the Rampage Jeep Side Mirrors w/ Windshield Relocation Brackets - Powder Coated Steel - Driver/Passenger # RA7619, but these would still be in place when your factory full doors are in place, so you'd have 2 mirrors. For the 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee we have the Universal Clip-On Towing Mirror, item # KS3891. This mirror which straps to the original mirror is secured by ratcheting straps and clips that attach to the mirror housing.

I have a solution for you, but there is not a package that contains both upper door skins and the tonneau/windjammer/front top combination since the typical use for these parts on a YJ was with the doors off.

The 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude does have factory flush rails on its roof however they're not the flush rails with tracks inside them to attach crossbars to. At least not normally. If yours has the chrome piece shown in the attached picture let me know.
